That is a good price. I have one in 10 gauge that i bought brand new. I did have a little problem with mine this year with it not firing. I called browning who referred me to a smith who said that it was dirty, i told him i cleaned it thoroughly, he said that i wasn't capable of cleaning it as well as a smith which was kinda rude. I finally took the trigger group out and looked at the seers inside and they looked too rough so i filed one spur down a tiny bit and now it is flawless. I like the gun a lot which is good because misfires cost me a lot of ducks and geese and the gun would have been out in the swamp if i didnt like it to begin with.
