How much boost are you gonna put to it? Are you doing anything with the wastegate?

What kind of head studs did you put in?  I made nearly 40 psi once, for about 3 seconds before I thought about the head bolts.  But that was in a '92.  Tougher trucks back then   :chuckle:

Cool build aer.
Suncoast builds an awesome trans.  You won't be disappointed.  I beat the crap out of one I had in my '98 12 valve I used for sled pulling. Still runs and lives today for the pressent owner.
DDP or F-1 injectors?
Keep an eye out for EFI Live tuning so you can dump the Smarty.  My '07 5.9 is EFI tuned and runs a whole lot better.  Unfortunately it's going to be awhile before it's available for my '05.  It needs it.

Not sure yet, have to see what it does with the fuel I have available and set the wastegate accordingly.

Arp 625 head studs. For injectors I used Exergy Engineering. As far as Efilive, if they had the transmission tuning tables and dpf and egr tables available, I would have it. But they are not out yet and I have yet to fire the engine, so no great hurry yet.

Negative, this is a 6.7. After trying to deal with Bob on a issue I had, the smarty will soon be history. Efi live is releasing the egr and dpf tables this week so I will switch to that. I just wish they would work on the tranny tuning tables.

Missed the 6.7 part.
LMAO.......your not the only one who has had issues with BW.  There is a long list as you probably know.  I could go on and on. :chuckle:
EFI has their hands full trying to appease all the people who want the programming.  It's my understanding that they are working on the trans tables on the 48re for the original '06/'07 5.9 release.
It's kind of tease thing.   :chuckle:
You going to hit the dyno after you've shook her down?

Now that's an awesome motor. How much money did you put into that build?
