Haha the tub was about 6 feet away from the foot of the ladder. Had a good angle there. Not even close to my feet.  :chuckle:

I shoot the federal HST that they sell only to police but can be found online at police supply vendors like streichers.

I run the pdx1 ammo, great ammo! I am also planning on playing with the critical defense.

Very solid bullets and I run the 180's as well. You will like them a lot. I just got in with hornaday so I will be picking up a lot of there stuff in a order pretty soon the turkey loads and critical denfense will be on the list as well.

I really liked the critical defense, very accurate and performed well, I tried some gold dots and they were junk with the water tests. Funny thing is about the critical defense is that they are the same bullets as the zmax but the zmax are about 2-3 dollars cheaper a box! :chuckle: I sure do like the looks of these pdx1's I'll do a water test on them tomorrow I'm just too damn curious! :chuckle:

The only thing that might be a little different is the jacket on the zmax. I thought I had read that some place. The gold dots are great hunting bullets in handguns. I have shot a few big game animals with them over the years. They are not the best choice for person defense in my mind.

Yeah they had great weight retention, but just didn't have that uniform expansion I was looking for. That's true I heard that about the jacket as well.

BTW I think I've got the wife a few steps closer to either a hog trip or a NZ trip! :IBCOOL:

Not an expert but, I really like his videos and seems like info I can trust.  These are the 9mm which is what I carry daily.

All of the other PDX1 video's he showed convinced me that, if I had another caliber, I'd use those but, this scared me a bit:
