Well i treated myself this year for my bday..i bought a weatherby mark v ultralight in 30-06 with a 24" barrel and leupold vari-x II 3-9x40 with cds dials on the way...price was right at $600 too....hope the wife doesnt get mad when she comes home and the weatherby is in her spot in the bed and she has to sleep on the couch

Oh for sure I would have bought that in a heart beat. There is lot's of meat on that gun and scope combo for that price

I am around a lot of gun sales and go to a lot of shows and auctions and such. I would put a full value on that combo to be around 850.00 so like I said you did very good.

Well besides a price i couldnt pass on....this gun is a tackdriver...not to mention it only weighs 5 3/4lbs...its a weatherby..that says it all
