Are trail cameras illeagal during hunting season?

I was just watching the show Wardens on te outdoor channel and apparently it is Illegal to use trail cameras during a hunting season there.

Is it here?

It is not illegal in Washington.

How about not expounding at all. That sounds like something you should be doing in private anyhow.

Expression of differing opinions about the legality of certain hunting techniques is welcome on Hunt WA.  Jackelope's point was to address it in a thread devoted to that topic.
