What areas are you guys hitting? We usually hit La Push, but not sure if I'll make it this year. Buddy has reservations already so i may still go. Long haul up there.

Here as well! Been goning with friends last 3 years out of LaPush, and last year i made it over in my boat. I will be there for sure. The 2 Parker boats across from the gas dock are great people. Hope to meet some members there!

GOOD LUCK, and stay safe!

Feel free. They have not let me down yet. We are going to be putting in at Neah Bay again. If the weather gets bad we can fish the inside. You will have a flatter trip than last year on the way out from LaPush, but watch the weather. It can get nasty trying to get back in. Let me know if yo need the coordinates again. I'm sure we will see you out there.

I kept the numbers you gave me so thats all good, Weather will be the problem, there really isn't no where to get out of it at LaPush. We fished inside several days at Neah Bay last year and got skunked so I don't really want to do that again. What I need to learn is some Ling Cod spots out there off LaPush.

What size boat are you in Robodad? I can probably help you out on some ling holes.

I'll be fishing Neah on the first opener, moorage filled up within 20 minutes of accepting reservations in Lapush. I will be in Lapush for the second opener though. Fingers crossed for nice weather and calm seas    8)

Its a 21' GlasPly or at least the title says it is, I think its more like 19' but it has seen some pretty rough stuff and caught a fair amount of fish !!

Sirmissalot, I would be happy if you gave me some spots to fish for ling cod, I have been out of LaPush about 10 times and have yet to find one that holds more then just the smaller ones, We have caught a couple accidently that were in the teens salmon fishing but haven't found that spot that I'll mark on my GPS to return to if you know what I mean !!

Too bad you couldn't find moorage at LaPush and I'd follow you out !! I am working on having another guy come out there and fish with us and he has a bigger boat 23' so maybe i'll be a passanger with him who knows. I do have reservations at the RV Park in LaPush for both weekends so maybe we can hook up with you on the second weekend there ?

Fish the points I gave you for halibut. As soon as you drift out of them you will start hitting the rocky botom. We make a long drift and usually pull our limit of halibut and lings out in 2 or 3 passes.

Yep I planned on doing that if I can get out there !!
