Caught a big one!
« on: February 29, 2012, 10:25:28 PM »
Caught by Larry DePaul.  Landed without a net by Tony DePaul.  Released back into the wild unharmed.  Just over 40 inches, so I'm figuring 20 pounds :yike:  My biggest ever. :IBCOOL:

Alright I give up :chuckle:  I caught in on the 'nooch, with a size 10 orange corky and roe.  I used my Lamiglas 9' light action baitcaster with a Shimano Calais reel filled with 10 LB P-Line.  I had on  2 1/2 feet of 10 LB P-Line flourocarbon leader, and pencil lead.  Pulled him out from under some alders along a cutbank.

Your hole?  We both are borrowing it, it belongs to someone other than the 2 of us!  LOL!  I'm telling my girls that big mean Paul said that we couldn't fish this weekend.   :chuckle:  Besides, you are working Gatorade all weekend!  ;)
