Custer Sportsmens Club- Archery Range Spring Clean Up!
« on: March 01, 2012, 08:46:17 PM »
Hi Everybody!

It is time to get the muddy boots on and head out to the range! Our first event is a volunteer weekend for the "Spring Clean Up" at the Archery Course on March 9 and 10. This is a Friday and Saturday anytime all day event. Come when you can, stay as short or as long as you like and help out by clearing brush, weeds, grass, setting targets, or whatever you are willing and able to contribute! We will be building some new wooden pathways, putting up signs, making targets ready for the season opener and working on the sight in range.  We do have a stockpile of donated outdoor wood and screws but bring your hammers, screw guns and saws! Bring your rakes, weed whackers and such and pack yourself a picnic lunch. We really need somebody skilled with a hammer and nails to help us fix up the stairs and decking of the "Treehouse"  and help build a covered picnic area. Bring your bows and shoot away at the new Pacific Bow Butts on the sight in range too! We will see you there- Rain Or Shine! Volunteers do not have to pay day use fees all season!
