Elk Pics! Which is your favorite?
« on: March 02, 2012, 07:57:23 AM »
Hello all!  Ive been taking trips to one of the local feeding stations over the last few weeks.  I have managed to get a few good pics!  Let me know which one is your favorite!  I am trying to put together an album of my favorites.

Yup, watt feeding station.  Seeing all those elk during the feeding months is a boost to the confidence.  Just wish I saw that many during hunting season lol.

I like the last one because he has hay on his head.

I like the second one with the misty trees in the background.  We went 2 weekends ago and saw the elk and the sheep.  It was a blast!  Road on an old army truck right in the middle of the herd of elk with about 50 bulls in it, most were 6 point bulls.  I took a bunch of pictures also and have one I may blow up for the wall.  Cool pictures!

I like them all.  Do you just set up on the parking lot side of the fence and focus out the mesh?
