 :tup: some great meat right there. I have always wanted to hunt elk in CO. I will some day, my dad shot his first elk there. I would love to take one there as well.

You should apply for that moose permit next year. I'd be shocked if you didn't draw! :dunno: :chuckle:

James draws anything he applies for!  He'd probably draw without even having the 3 preference points necessary to apply because the hunt just happened to be undersubscribed the year he applied!

5 miles in with blood on the hands and to far to go back to bivy camp...  I guess it's sleeping by a fire and pine boughs to night, just heard a Bull were gonna kill in the morning now that all the cow tags are filled:) hope to get some sleep!

Helped pack out the Colorado Raffle moose tag holder Moose today, lots of work as well as lots of fun!  So far this year I have helped pack out 4 different animals with my Kifaru T2 and couldn't be happier!

That is an absoluletly massive Shiras moose. Do you have any measurements? Width, points per side, length? Well done.
