Looks like there is some progress being made by folks. That's encouraging, keep up the good work!

I'm down 1 pound this week going from 171 at the start of last week down to 170 today. I've went from 176 to 170. Slow but sure. It isn't getting any easier but we're moving in the right direction. Have a great week everyone.
