Machias, what a great idea.  Wish I would've seen this sooner, cause I been doing it on my own to get rid of the extra weight two back surgeries and good food put on my already heavy frame. :yike:  I'll be ready for hunting season, that's my motivator.

You guy's keep up the good work.  Sounds like this friendly contest is really helping everyone keep motivated.  Good luck and hope your scales always read lower. ;)   :tup:
