Did another 3 miles yesterday. I'm still planning on weighing in Monday. Got a great app for my iphone, its called MYfitnessPal, helps track all my food and exercise. I've been keeping it under 1,800 calories a day trying to get it down under 1,400.

Your metabolism slows down and your weight loss slows. You guys should be trying to incorporate some sort of strength training in your routine, because as you add muscle cells your metabolism speeds up. Plus, it's a great way to prevent injury!Good luck.
