I had a pork chop in Las Vegas last week that was special.  I couldn't pronounce the dish to save my life but it was a pork chop with this great sauce.  It had kind of a crust on the outside and done perfectly on the inside.  I must say I was hesitant to order a $50 pork chop but I would do it again in an instant.

Rabbit remoulade, red drum fish and bananas foster pie at Nola (Emerils in New Oreleans), fried fish and hush puppies in Cajun country on the same trip, and my Grandmother's biscuits and gravy.

I would call that "SalmonDung". But seriously that pretty much sounds like heaven on a platter!

I am really enjoying this years elk, it may just be the best tasting animal I have ever eaten!

A dozen hot wings and pizza at Uncle Charlies pub in Edinboro PA is one of my favorites!

The Lobster Bisque at Gibsons restaurant in Chicago.  It was absolutely incredible, like eating a slice of heaven.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.
