Just got two boxes of 500 SW in the mail from Hornady. I had returned a box back in December before I moved out here that had improperly seated bullets. The called me when they received it and were very nice and told me that for my trouble they were not only going to replace the one box but send me an additional one as well! They said it would be into January before they could send more as they were currently out of stock. Told them I was moving and at the time was not sure of my new address. When I moved I called and told them my address and they still had not done another run of the 500s but when they did i was sure to get them. Both boxes of 300 Grain FTXs showed up yesterday and all appear to be properly loaded so I am happy. Can't blame Hornady for how long it took but the customer service was awesome. Wish my rifles shot their ammo worth a crap.
