I have a question for you good folks. The way I understand the regulations are that if me and my two sons (both under 14) go fishing, and as long as they are doing the vast majority of the fishing (they may need my help a bit), then they should be able to catch a limit on their own, right? So, if we are fishing a lake that has a limit of 5 rainbows per person, then we could take home 15, correct? Some people have recently told me that my boys' catch must be under my limit, so just 5. I dont think this is correct. I searched the regs and it does not define this well. Can anyone point me to the literature (if any) where it clarifies this?
