Stewarts meats in Mckenna carries real casings... We have never used the artificial ones before...  :dunno:

All great sources, as well as Cabelas, and other large sporting good retailers. Also most butcher shops will well them.

Fisher Meats in Issaquah...nice and close to home and they quality has been great when I have made my own boerewors and wild turkey sausage.
