weight limit for modern firearm rifle in WA?

Is there one?  The subject recently came up in conversation, with one party saying it was 15lbs.  I did a search thru the online pdf version of the 2011 big game regs and the modern firearm restrictions seem to consist of one short paragraph...  if there is a limit, can someone please point me towards it?

If my memory serves me right, I "think".....there was a law in either or both Idaho and Montana adressing use of 50 caliber guns that were being used to shoot elk at extremely long range.  At the time, it seems as though they put in a restriction that the fire arm had to be less than 15lbs, so as not to accomodate the mounted versions of the 50 cal......turret and tripod adaptations, I believe.  May not be the case , but I remember this awhile ago....few years back.

Weapon Restrictions

Rifle and Shotgun

In any hunt, including any-weapon seasons, it is unlawful to
pursue or kill big game animals:

• By any means other than approved firearms,
muzzleloaders and archery methods.
• With any electronic device attached to, or incorporated
on, the firearm or scope; Except scopes containing
battery powered or tritium lighted reticles are allowed.
• With any firearm that, in combination with a scope, sling
and/or any attachments, weighs more than 16 pounds.
• With any fully automatic firearm.
• With any shotgun using shot smaller than #00 buck.
• With any rimfire rifle, rimfire handgun, or muzzleloading
handgun, except for mountain lions.

So its 16lbs in Idaho.....I remember at some point a few outfitters were using a turret mounted .50 all set up with a seat.....elk were being taken out to 2000 yards, now that I think about it, info came down the pipe from a guy who used to outfitt out of McCall.......IDAHO

if that were true, that would be some SERIOUS shooting.
