We're looking to do some camping with our family from Vancouver. Something kid friendly. Our family would be willing to drive alittle farther than half if needed.

Banks Lake has some really nice facilities.  There are several nice campsites in the Manastash Unit, Buck Meadows..... couple of others I'd have to look up.

Brooks Memorial State Park, just outside of Goldendale.  Quiet, lots of good hiking and wildlife.  The Rangers are very helpful as well.

Klickman,

Looks like a nice spot, and located right where we need it to be. The only problem I see is it's first come first serve. Thats a long ways to drive to find it full.
