I do, and I love it!
My biggest fear is when I die, my wife will sell all my guns for what I said they cost me!     ;)

it claims to hold 24 rifles, how many does it actually hold? not talking skinny shotguns.

I think if you actually had 24 guns it would be a little tight IMO, but as far as quality, it has bee a great purchase.  :twocents:

You can subtract at least a third of what is claimed on nearly all safes for capacity.
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

I was just curious if anyone had one and how many they have been able to cram in it. I have a 12 or 14 gun safe now, with 14 guns in it, half of them having scopes, some being auto's.... But its crammed.

I have one of their 24 gun safes. Half of it has guns, other half is gear. I think if the whole thing was guns it could fit 14-15 max. Just my opinion. But with scopes and rifles, it gets tight. Great buy for the money!!!

Not sure if they are made in USA or not.

Is it like playing "Operation" to get a gun out or put it back?

They are a Chinese built, and may be stitch welded. There is better product out there down in that price range. If I remember correctly, the tracker also doesn't use a UL listed lock on their entry point safe. It also needs to be checked to see if it has a relocker, and if they are actually fire tested, or carry a "speculated" rating. It is something that can be pried open in a couple minutes, and if it doesn't have a relocker, you will be able to just knock the lock off and open the safe. I have looked them over at the gun show.

There is? Price is why Im looking at these, I have yet to find anything in the ballpart for the same size.

Good info the locking mech, never thought about that part of it, assumed they would not be easy to get into.

Cannons start at $599 in 60x30x22 sizes. Cannon makes a pretty horrible safe though. They have a tack welded door, door frames pieced together from flat bar steel, tack welded door frames, and a stitch welded body. Very easy to break into with a pry tool or handheld 6 lb. Sledgehammer.

Here is what an AR looks like thats been in a safe with only a 45 minute @ 1200degree fire rating, and the house burns down and takes a complete loss. The safe wasn't opened for a few days, so the mositure got to everything and ruined it in the safe.

Here is what you get when you buy a cheap safe for security. Remember, it doesn't matter what brand you buy, it mostly relies on how much you spend. Dollars in the safe industry=security and fire protection. The manufacturers don't speend the money for quality components, more insulation, plate steel, and security features for the box, door frame, or door in the entry level price ranges. All the stuff below has been pried or beat open.
