I could not find any information on their website. I'd like to know more about it too.

Is it open to the public or just HuntWa members ??

it is not a hunt wa thing. it is a washington state sporting clays association shoot. there is a fun shoot and then registered targets for registered shooters. not sure about winning money but i think so as part of the fun shoot, but it won't be enough to make a difference.

the cost is probably around $25 for 100 targets. it is sporting clays, so you will walk a course and shoot 20? different stations with 5 targets a piece i think. much more realistic hunting situations than anything else except for those pigeons passion was talking about the other day.

I think I'll pass, sounds like going to the mall (crowded) except everyone has guns !!

I wouldn't mind getting a group of us Huntwa members together to have a fun sporting clays compitition though, someday when the course is available !!

I'd put up $25 bucks to scare some clay pigeons, I'd even bring a kid along so they could experience it too !!

When they gonna have a redneck shoot, I might just be qualified to enter that one !!!  :chuckle:

Yeah I didn't mean mall walkers, I meant just a bunch of people like in a mall or dizzyland (crowded) and I would really feel outta place walking up with a shotgun I just dusted off after pulling it out from under the seat of my truck where these folks are shooting shotguns worth more then my truck !!!  :o

It is good to hear they finally got the course layed out and fixed up over there, I was really hoping to have a crack at that when we came over last time but we still had a blast !!!

Find out what it would cost to secure the place for a few hours and get a friendly HuntWa shoot going on, it would be a blast, especially if Walt and Bob are there, those guys were cool !!!
