Fnh fnx-40

Are any of you familiar with the fnh company? I shot the fnx-40 at the range the other day and really liked it.

Yeah I have the FNX 9 and have been very happy with it. I was set on the xdm but ran across the FNX and changed my mind.

I had a xd-9 and sold it. I think you made the right choice of picking the fnx instead.
Do you conceal carry it? What kind of holster do you have for it.

FN makes a lot of great stuff.  They have civilian products that are fun and I've found to be quality guns.  Some of their stuff seems a bit too futuristic for me, but it works great.

I do not like the xd. I love the xdm's a big change between the 2 of them.

The fnx is probably tied for 2nd on my top 3. They are a solid gun, I have only ever shot a couple. I did like the ones I shot.

I got the FNX-9, which is the same as the FNX-40, and liked it so much I sold my XD-40 and bought a used FNP-40 when it came up for sale.  I found that my Blackhawk XD holster works just fine for the FNX.  I'm old school, and like the hammer on my FN's.  The decocker safety, and the fact that it can be fired double or single action on the first shot, is a nice feature, plus the backstraps are easier to change, too.  Personally, I think the FN's are a better gun.  :twocents:
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

I also like the double single action feature. I also like that it is American made.
I was thinking about getting a Glock 40 but after shooting the fnx-40 I'm wanting one.
