Nice.... Charlie!  I remember checking my camera's the first time.  Kinda disappointing compared to yours!  Too bad you not going to be chasing west side bulls  :chuckle:

Wife has a westside archery elk tag so I will actually get to hunt over here also ;)
I did pull that camera and will try another location. I actually had more descent photos also. A few at night one witha coyote.

Everyone seems to badmouth the cheaper Moutrie units, but for the money I'm not sure why.  These are great pics!  I'd rather have six cameras out capturing decent shots like these over a wider range than two expensive cams out capturing...uh...decent shots  ???.  I'm sold and will picking up a few of these Moutrie D-40's.  I'm convinced that you just don't need to sink a ton of money into "scouting" quality images.  If you want video and high resolution/quality, I guess that's another story.

The only thing important (to me) is trigger speed. With the cheaper ones you need to use a salt lick or something to get them to stop, or place it so the game will be walking at the camera and not across it.

Charlie, did you have a salt lick down to get them to stop? It looks like you might have since 3-4 of them are standing in the same spot with their nose on the ground.  ;)

Nothing on the ground. I have some pics of deer walking through, I have it set for 3 pics per minute and they are in all 3 frames from the top , middle and lower paert of the picture but they are blurred. I dont know what that says about the trigger speed on that camera. Seems pretty OK for a cheapie?

Must have just been coincidence. I would say for $100 it is pretty dang good. Did you end up with any pictures with nothing in them?
