Deal on sleeping bag.
« on: March 19, 2012, 12:24:58 AM »
Here is an amazing deal on a 0 degree sleeping bag.  I have the 20* bag (identical to this one), and love it.  If I could justify the need to have two, I'd snag this one up in a heartbeat.  At first I was weary of the zipper set up, after using it though it's really pretty easy.

They are EN rated bags, so you can be sure they are good to their rated temp.

Regular price is $475 and they are on sale for $249.
3lb 2 oz and 800 fill (down).

Damn, wish I needed one.  I scored a similar deal on a -5 bag with a Dryloft shell years back.  But I've always wanted one with that kind of center zip.

Looks like a good deal but I prefer to go with a sleep system instead of this type.

Looks like a good deal, but those mummy devices are like straight jackets.  I would probably wake up in a panic and try kicking a hole through the side.   :yike:
Cut em!

If your going to buy gear, hit up the Seattle REI gear garage. Craziest deals around and great value if you are a member. Other stores do monthly sales but Seattle does them all the time.
