Multi season tag?

Any insight would be very much appreciated.  I was reading wdfw multi season regulations and it says anyone who is selected for the elk permit can participate in both east and west elk hunting.  It says the tag is 182 but it allows you to hunt all weapon types.  Can anyone clarify?  Seems like a good incentive to sell more tickets.

You are correct - It does allow hunting for elk in both eastern WA and western WA.  It also allows the use of archery, muzzleloader, and modern for the respective general seasons for each weapon.

It says you can apply for both east and west special permits.  But to apply I have to choose east or west. Does this multi tag make you exempt from the e/w rule?

Dont go get your normal elk tag until the Multi season drawing is done if you applied for it. Then if you draw it you just get your multi season tag and can apply state wide.

Thanks for reminding me guys, just purchased my multi :)

Hey, anyone know if you can just collect points for multi? My son is going to college next year and wont be doing any multi season hunting for at least the next four years.
