Sorry to hear of your loss.  I went though that with one parent nearly 10 years ago.  Not easy for sure.  Treasure the memories and as long as you do that, he's still with you.

Sorry for your loss, could not imagine losing my father...
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

Sorry to hear of your loss. You are a lucky man to have him around as long as he was. I lost my mother when she was only 45 to a drunk driver.  26 years ago. Never forget all the good times. A very nice tribute to your dad.

My sincerest condolences ... I lost my dad when I was just 19 (42 years ago), and I lost my 35 year son (last March 7th).   Definetely miss both so much, but have so many great memories from both ... sounds like you have the same which should help you thru.

Your Dad will be with you forever. You will think about him daily many times a day. Your heart will be full of the good times and the memories of his kindness. Keep those moments close and share them with all you know. May God light his pathway to Heaven and lighten your grief!
