I totally agree, May 1 - June 15th.  Very tough going and you lose two weeks, plus since I have a young family the last great chance is Memorial day weekend which is always camping, I can't overlook that.  So I have to have one by the 21st of May when I go back to work that Monday or I am out of luck.  We shall see what happens.  Hopefully Rufous, myself or someone gets one this weekend in Dayton to get the thing kick started.

Good luck guys, this one is in Dayton.

Phool,
Not like you to take blurry, out-of-focus pics (that's more my department ;)  ).  Were you running away, or up a tree...? :chuckle: :chuckle:

 its a friends pic. ;)

Put some miles on today, saw a ton of elk but no bear sign, unfortunately I have a real sick little one at home so had to leave before the prime evening hours which is one I saw the big one last weekend.  Hopefully someone is seeing some movement but I think overall it is still a bit early
