You're right Bobcat but some of us that have been doing this awhile have a hard time breaking a habit. It's what we call it and thres probably no changing that.  :twocents: It is what it is...
Shut up and Hunt!

OK, don't matter to me. I know nothing about any of the Hancock areas anyway and have never hunted them.

I guess I do know that if someone says "Hancock" without giving the location, it actually means the "Kapowsin Tree Farm."

Good to know.

I wasn't trying to be a a** but 99% of the time it seems we are talking about there main farm and the other times they usually say the farm name. plus it is kinda hard to spell ???

That is a bit of a problem with just saying Hancock. The snoqualmie tree farm is the biggest of the Hancock property in the NW. I always wonder when someone says hancock not the area.

What would it hurt to give the location instead of just the landowner? I'm with bigtex, when someone just says Hancock I don't know what area they're talking about. It's like someone asking where you hunt, and you answer "Weyerhaeuser." That could be anywhere, they own land all over the state!    :bash:

 :yeah:

What is the point in everyone always saying that apparently we know what farm we are talking about

:yeah: This was never a problem until Hancock picked up the Snoqualmie tree farm.

As far as I know Hancock bought White River and Snoqualmie before they bought Kapowsin....

Yes I believe that is correct. Wasnt it Champion before it was Hancock?
