I saw a rumor on another thread that bows will be allowed during ML this year. I didn't see this in the proposed revisions. Does anyone have accurate info about this?
i am gonna run barebones this year. i put in for MS permit but if im drawn im just gonna let it go back to the pool and pocket a bonus pt.

8. What if I am drawn, but decide not to purchase the permit? Successful applicants will be allowed to purchase the permit at any time prior to September 1st. The multiple-season permit is non-refundable and non-transferable. 9. Do I earn points for the multiple-season permit application if I do not draw a permit? An applicant will retain a point each time he/she does not draw a permit.
