Yesterday I found a poached cow elk on the kapowsin tree farm  :bash: :bash:.

I did report it. It was north of the Puyallup river and there hasn't been a season there for months. Judging by the color of the meat still left on the bones and the condition of the skeleton it was killed no more then 2 weeks ago. It was skinned and boned out, missing the front shoulders too.
