Who's done this?

I was looking at the regs for out of state and didn't have a whole lot of luck figuring them out...and they wern't downloading well either so I got a couple Q's

Are the tags over the counter, do I need a guide?

can I buy a 3 or 7 day non-res and wolf tag all over the counter and go huntin?

I'd like to tip a few over, and until WA pulls their heads out their bung (ain't holding my breath) might as well help out ID

Tag is over the counter.  Tag and license is around $136 or so can't remember.  The season is ending in most units in two weeks and then opens I think August tell end of the year.  I think this coming year you can get up to 5 tags or that at least is the option on the table I think.
