Has the Sauk suaittle road washout been fixed

I was wanting to hike green mountain but don't feel like mountain biking in past where the washout is

I havn't checked it since late last yr but I'm under the impression that it will never be fixed. The Tree Huggers or Salmon Huggers want to keep it wild & scenic or something like that.  :tree1:

The road is closed right now for construction. I think you are right about them not fully fixing it though. I was out there today and the road was closed like three miles in when I went out there today

You can get around it by going over Rat Trap pass off of FS road 23. But the Suaittle is closed  again about 12 miles from the end. Thats how I understand what I read. I was going to go over that last weekend but they just opened up FS road 49 so I decided to go up that since I have never been up the North Fork Sauk. Beautiful up there. I may hike the trail this weekend.
