They have this on the web site - TRAPPING SEASONS & RULES Bobcat, Raccoon, Coyote, Fox, Cotton Tail & Snowshoe HareBut then there is no mention of CT's or SH's in it. I'm guessing you would need to take the trapping test and have a trapping license though.
