I didn't take any pics, but cooked up a 5 1/2# Prime Rib roast in my brand new Green Mountain pellet grill.

Very nice, 6 hrs for me too, in a green mountain propane smoker.Whole chickens (store bought) turn out amazing as well. the reason i say store bought is,,, well if you"ve ever whacked one of your rhode island reds and tried to cook it you know what i mean  :chuckle:

:yike: :yike: :yike: :yike: :yike:  Lighter fluid! :bdid:  Oh man Rasbo, you had me with the whole set-up and pics until I seen the lighter fluid.  I've got the same set-up and smoke times but you lost me when I seen that little bottle of lighter fluid. :bash:  I won't let lighter fluid in the vicinity of any of my grills, but to each his own, if that's what you prefer then more power to you.  They still look good though.

The ribs look awsome. I also noted the "starter fluid" (dang internet police)

Can't believe those cute grandaughter specimens came from you. They are downright "cute as bugs in a rug"
