So many choices!!! A new scope would be a good choice. A lot of times I end up with a lot of guns without scopes :chuckle:

How about a spotting scope, GPS, rangefinder, new bow, or muzzleloader.    :twocents:

My new favorite gun is a Mak 90, so if I had $1k to spend I would probably get a second AK and a ton of ammo! Its so hard to decide what to spend it on when there is so much stuff to possibly buy! My bday is one week from today also, I already know Im getting a new bow. There is a gun show in Centralia the 14-15

You've already got guns and scopes....what time does OUR flight to Vegas leave?  :chuckle:

I say put the money into optics.  Great optics will make you happy for a lifetime.  A gun is cool for a while and then spends eternity in the safe.

Rifle for sure. sounds like your looking at something flat shooting. how bout 6.5-284? build  a wicked long range rig.

It sounds like it's time to get a new gun.

Here is a tip if you decide to buy a leupold.

I find NAtchez shooter supply to have really good prices.  If you buy a higher end Leupold, you get free shipping and a "free gift".  The free gift selection is stuff like the leupold bore sighter, and alumina flip covers.  That is like an 80 to 100 dollar value.

For example:
Leupold VX-3 4.5-14x50mm LR Riflescope Duplex Reticle 30mm Tube Matte is listed at 760 dollars.  and has this at the bottom of the page:
**Free Shipping AND Free Gifts Available on this item!

When ordering LU66480, you will be able to choose one of the following free gifts:

Leupold Lens Pen

Leupold Mounting Tool

Leupold Ballistic Chart

Leupold Standard Mounts (Rings & Base)

Leupold Alumina Threaded Lens Cover (1 Pair)

Leupold Alumina Rubber Eyepiece Guard

Leupold Alumina Flip Open Covers

Leupold Zero Point Bore Sighter

A friend was telling me that they have tactical dials for the vx3 as in adjustment for wind and bullet drop instead of having to get the custom dials :dunno:

Thank you for the info you provided

I ordered a VX3 8.5-25x50 with 30mm Maintube a few weeks ago, and that one came with target turrets.

So I think they are available.  Just depends on what modle you get
