laying out in the open (elk ATL)

I got lucky (i mean very lucky)  to find this nice 6 on an open hillside were you can see for miles.  There was a lot of foot traffic but somehow this 1 got missed. I have not scored it but it weighed in at 18 pounds.I looked to match it up but by the look of the base it has been on the ground for a while, so the match was picked up im sure.
Amaizing how antlers can change a person!!

Haha! I use to do that too. Good I'm not the only one  8). When I first started shed hunting I never took atls.

Its gunna b a good time!  I pulled alot of ticks today they are out in full force.
