Newaukum B Late Muzzleloader Tag

Me and the Partner drew late season cow tags for the Newaukum elk unit. I know there is a lot of private property down there but does anyone know of any public land to hunt. Or of some private property that might allow a couple good old boys the chance to come onto their property in return for some good hard work.
