Joe, Neil and jay were there when I was there. It tripped me out because I was friends with their cousin Brian, I saw Neil and thought it was Brian and started talking to him like we were old friends.....twas funny.

I forget, it was 01 or so....on the petroleum reserve cleanup. I was the welder.

LMAO,

Jay is a still a very dear friend, I was the dumb chechacko that took 30 days of leave from the Army to go up there and be a packer for the hunters. Dang the tundra, was in some of the best shape of my life but when you got a 150 pound ruck on with caribou in it walking through that stuff you looked like someone on prozac...  Good times

ok well thanks guys. lots of good info here.

ive thought it out, and im just gonna take my benelli nova. i found a short barrel for it for about a 1/5th the price of a revolver.

im most familiar and comfortable with my shotgun compared to all of my other guns and definatley more than a hand cannon. might not even need it, but if we go out just once the entire time up there and there is trouble, then that one time makes it worth it. besides of bear medicine, if at all possible, it would be nice to get a deer or something, as i have a feeling "boat food" might get a little old after a while
catch it. kill it. cook it. eat it.
Forget the bear spray, use wasp killer. Concentrated delivery stream, 10X the product, and only $3.00 on sale.

I smoke two fish in the morning, I smoke two fish at night, I smoke two fish in de afternoon makes me feel alright
