does anyone know what it takes to create an app? ive googled a bit and have come up with nothing, im more curious if it cost money to create

I don't have a comp only a phone so loading pics doesnt work.  I'm sure an app would do that.  I would use it.  + 1

Any app I've used for a forum that I'm on has been twice as easy to navigate at least, no more zooming in to click on the next page or clicking the thread three times until you get it right. Plus usually picture can be uploaded through the apps. It just makes navigating extremely easy.
