GOOD JOB RICK ....I had to come home... I hate hunting henned up gobblers ...but I had to fill one tag after all the mishaps we had .... turned my boys loose for the first time on their own and now they can realize dad is not holding their hands no more  and they did make a mistake saying ...if you think you can go kill one have it  well I had at it

Brings back fond memories of my first turkey harvest on the Refuge - 20 lbs, 8-1/2"  beard, & 3/4" spurs.  Back when you could only get one a day ... early morning harvest so ran into Clark's to buy a tag for the next day .. closed .... Walmart .... closed.  Had to run to Yokes in Deer Park !!!!
