Who is in?
« on: April 16, 2012, 06:35:45 AM »
Starting this year with my buddies, we have a new rule. If we end up getting a deer or and elk, we also must shoot a predator too. (Not a Sex offender lol)

Wolf, Cougar, Bear or Coyote

My goal is to shoot a coyote, we see them every year.

If you "Must", it sounds like you should have to do it before you can shoot your deer.

And you should take Wolf off of the list unless you are hunting in Idaho.
Some people spend their entire life wondering if they made a difference. Marines don't have that problem.

I do this every year. I actually focus on hunting predators more then deer and elk. For one you get way more time to do it and 2 for every predator you kill you are increasing the deer and elk population thus helping you out with your deer and elk hunting. I wish more people would do this. good job. I hope you kill a bunch.

You need to add cougar to the list. They are deer and elk killing machines.

every year i head to my deer spot with the idea to shoot yotes when i see them but at almost $2 per bullet i just cant do it. I need a gun with cheaper ammo to shoot yotes after i bag my deer.

also, i know that logic sounds crazy since a couple $2 bullets each year is much cheaper than a new gun and ammo but i just want an excuse for a new gun.
