electronic decoys still banned for 2012 season

wdfw finalized there decision to keep the electronic decoys banned from waterfowl hunting.
this was just posted under latest news on the wdfw website.
they also kept luminocks banned from archery hunting.

Well at least they didn't ban the new lead compensating fire control sight system with hen differentiator, if it's in range it's dead and no mistake hens.  E-decoys I can live without.

I'm glad as well. Yeah dealing with other options for wing movement can be a real pain sometimes but when its working it makes all th difference. everyone would have a battery operated decoy if they became legal which in turn would make hunting without one on public land would be almost pointless to try and compete with all the guys who have multiple. glad they kept it how it is

Im glad as well.  Too MANY slob hunter's out there on the marsh's and ponds that leave there trash, and spent shell's.  If they allow it, then you can add batteries to the trash pile as well.   The lighnted nocks on the other hand, I just dont understand that??

Someguys just can't get those birds without complexes and electronic decoys.  How do you think they feel, spending all that money and still sucking.  Common give them a break.

I don't use electronic decoys nor would I if they were legal but all of that being said I wish they were legal. 

We have to have laws that protect people and their property but some laws we could do without.  All the outlawing of electronic decoys has done is create bigger government.

IMO this could have past had limitations been written into the rule...two per spread regardless of party size...or something like that? I think the sticking point was the fear of a "robo spread" on Golden Pond. Lively debate at the Commission vote, at least a couple may have voted the other way had limits been in place. Not sure it would have got the 5 needed but it would have been closer. I would expect to see this one again, but with limits.
