I had the patella done the motion machine is amazing worked great I would line up physical therapy right away. When I was in there there was a guy wow was a hotshot fought fires in both us and Australia here was in therapy the day after surgery. it's a long road so when is your hunt for elk beging of nov. that going to be tough your knee will swell better have lots of pain killers and ice on that hunt. good luck

Finnman, also not one to try and discourage you, but unless you've had that surgery done before, you will be surprised at how little walking you'll be able to do 2 months after your surgery.  I have had both ACL's done, my most recent was 4 years ago.  Be careful not to push it too hard with your recovery, or it will swell badly and set you back.  Make sure you have plenty of help to get your bull out, as I'd be surprised if you could do it on your own, even with your wifes' help.  I guess the best thing I can tell you is this, make sure your careful, cuz after the first surgery, you are not gonna want to do it again.  Just a question, but have you let your surgeon know what it is you plan to be doing 2 months following surgery?
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.

Looks like you could save some money by reloading, judging from the price of those shells. After my initial investment of the reloading set, I figure that it costs me less than $10 per box to load my 300 wsm with bonded bullets. I shoot several hundred rounds a year so it only makes sense for me. By the way, I shoot a T3 as well. What a tack driver!

Finnman- I was telling a guy at work about your situation and he had an idea....... You may be able to get a disabled hunter permit I am not sure what the requirements for that are but it may be a way to make good on that tag.
