Lansky Knife sharpner

I have a Lansky Knife sharpener, you put a rod on the stone and hold the knife in a jig to set the angle. The problem is I lost the directions and need to know what angle to sharpen with?

The flatter angles will get sharper, but be more fragile. The steeper angles won't get as sharp, but will be more durable. Depends on your usage, and probably on what bevels are already there, because re-creating angles with that system takes forever!
