Opening day gobbler. After missing a big tom first thing in the morning, I moved back to some state land later in the day and shot this gobbler on a steep ridge at 4:00 pm. It definitely felt good to redeem myself.

Two from opening weekend. Mine that looks like it just took a swim and my brother untying his from the tree on our way back to the truck.

Thanks we have had a really good season! Everybody I wanted to get a bird has, it is all sidehill from here. yelp, Two of the birds have been to the Jim Buck striker.

Yesterday I bagged a tom and Jake.
Tom was 18 pounds with 9 3/4-10 inch beard with 1 1/4 inch spurs.
