Available sheds???
« on: April 16, 2012, 06:16:05 PM »
Okay, So my fiancee wants to use muley sheds as part of our center pieces at our wedding reception this September. She made up a mock one with a smaller 4x4 muley shed this weekend and it looked great. I have never been able to find my own sheds (not a one!) and my dad and brother are usually only finding elk sheds.

My question, Does anyone on here have about 10 sheds that i can buy? If you do please PM me with a price and i will see if she will go for that. I have looked on Craigslist but havent had a whole lot of luck. We dont have a lot to spend but does anyone need a little extra cash?

Or does anyone know of a place that does sell sheds at a decent price?

Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

How about borrow? Is she cutting them up?

Borrow would be awesome! she is not cutting them up. She is putting some flowers inside a vase inbetween the Two main forks and two candles inside glass on each side of the main beam. The reception is September 22 so i could bring them back to whomever on the 23rd. and maybe pick them a week or two before?

I completley understand someone not wanting to let go there awesome find so borrowing would be great.

:yeah:

I've got deer, elk and moose you could borrow, just need to know your location. I like helping out if I can. The moose would be cool at your table, they are from a nice 60" bull  :chuckle:

Really? I keep seeing all these pictures of people finding 10 or so sheds a weeekend and no one wants to sell any?

Does anyone know where i can buy real sheds from anywhere?

Please let me know.

Thanks.

Have you tried calling a couple taxidermists around your area? My buddy went into a shop and asked if he had any sheds he could buy and the guy gave him a nice pair. Just a suggestion. I have 5 black tail sheds 3 2 points and 2 3 points but they are not the biggest sheds that you could borrow.

Try checking e-bay also. They have sheds ranging in price from $10-$600 just depending on what your looking for. You may be able to bid on some and get them pretty cheap? Just search "Mule Dear Antlers"
