I'm seeing turkeys daily.  Unfortunately, I'm finding a lot of trespassers also.

I hunted Cle Elum this past weekend and the birds were definately gobbling off roost in the am but that was about it. Henned up toms are the toughest to get to. We had a great weekend n saw A LOT of wof sign a lot of deer including a couple buck, a couple of Elk carcasses and I had a very close encounter with a Cinnamon Sow with her TINY CUB at 20 yards, cub was very small. Thank fully when she winded me finally at about 23 yards she ran the opposite direction instead of in my lap, definately an adrenaline rush!

One of my beefs with the may 1st closure/opener.    Especially when the grass is already a foot tall and the snakes are out now.  Yeah!

Het JB hope you can lock up that in Cle Elum that's a nice short drive to hunt. We had a great hunt this last weekend but the Sow n cub was the best part of the weekend the cub wasn't very old that's for sure.
