Me too.

Wish they required up front fees here in Washington, that would really help the draw odds.

I agree!   or switch to Idahos system.  I think that would be THE BEST

I agree!   or switch to Idahos system.  I think that would be THE BEST

Idaho's system may be the best around for OIL's.

Tag fees upfront, only apply for one species per year, no points, and only your first choice really counts.  And if you put in for OIL permits, you can't put in for deer/elk or antelope.
