I just Traegered up some of this past falls backstraps last night, very good.  You will love the Traeger for sure!
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.

try dark beer (black butte porter) instead of the clear girl beer, half full, and some pepsi in there with the beer

You wouldn't be dissin our eggs if you tasted some of the vittles that come off them.  Not many barbeques/smokers can sear a steak at 850.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

I picked up a knock-off version of the Big Green Egg from Costco.  BBQ'd some tasty steaks and chicken last Sunday. :)
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

:yeah: Had a cedar plank sockeye and some jalapeno poppers off the egg last night. Delicious! Eaten lots of traeger food also but they aren't quite as versatile as an egg, good just not quit as, but this debate could go round and round. Congrates on your new toy, they really are pretty awesome. Just an Egg Head so I'm biased.

I've had my Traeger for about 4 years now, you are gonna love it! Agree with the girl-beer comment, but I fill the other half with BBQ sauce instead of the Pepsi.
