Looks like a Merriam ... judging by his moniker I would say from northeast Wa.

The state classifies all turkeys by county of kill ... easterns are located only in western Wa with Klickitat considered part of eastern Wa for turkey hunting purposes.  East of the mountains Rios are found in southeast Wa (Blue Mtn area) and in North Lincoln County area.  Otherwise it considered a Merriam.  Shows on the spring turkey pamphlet.
